What sort of things do we Support?

OUR PURPOSE AND AIMS

Helping children in Surrey since 1935

The original Trust Deed was updated in 1996 and sets out the Trusts objective as "to relieve children and young people (up to age 18) in the County of Surrey in conditions of need, hardship or distress" and in particular "to co-operate with or make grants to other charities, voluntary bodies and local authorities in Surrey, who are working towards the same objective".

Grants and donations

Each year the Trust donates around £230,000 to projects and good causes that meet the objectives of the Charity.  The Trust likes to support specific projects where there is a clear outcome and/or benefit.  To find out more about the types of thing we support then click on the 'Projects and Support' button above.
